If you’re like me, and most other homeowners, you probably purchased your pressure washer from a hardware store, home improvement store/warehouse, or from a site on the internet. Even if you bought your pressure washer from the traditional brick-and-mortar store or warehouse, they probably don’t have an in-house service center to take care of repair work. So you’ll need to take your pressure washer to a local authorized service center. And if the repairs are done while your equipment is still under warranty, most likely the cost will be covered – but only if the work is done by an authorized service center. First, check your owner’s manual to review your serial number and warranty information! You’ll usually find important 800# information too.
